British Airways doubles Cape Town service; cancels Lusaka operations

Great news for Cape Town! The flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom, British Airways (BA), will double its current service between London (Heathrow) and Cape Town to a twice-daily operation over the South African summer season, starting on 27 October 2013. The airline is the only airline which flies directly from Cape Town to London year-round.
Not so good news, actually super bad news, for Lusaka! Also from 27 October 2013, British Airways will cancel suspend its three-weekly service between  London (Heathrow) and Lusaka in Zambia.
